Recurring ACH Payment Authorization

I hereby authorize the Company named Abundant Servicing LLC ("Abundant Servicing", "myAbundant"), to initiate debit and credit entries to my account indicated below and the bank named below, hereinafter "Banking Institution", to debit or credit the same to such account. I further authorize the Company to debit said account up to the amount of the outstanding balance plus fees and costs or for such amount allowed by law in the event a debit entry is rejected by the Banking Institution.

This authority is to remain in full force and effect until Abundant Servicing has received written notification of its termination in such time, but no less than 10 business days before any payments are due to be made, and in such manner as to afford Abundant Servicing and a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

I authorize Abundant Servicing, LLC ("Company") to charge my credit card for the agreed upon services pursuant to the Servicing Agreement. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account.

This authority is to remain in full force and effect until Abundant Servicing, LLC has received written notification of any changes in such time, but no less than 10 business days before any payments are due to be made, and in such manner as to afford Abundant Servicing, LLC a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
